Coco Lou offers two identical villas set within a quiet, privileged location on Isla Holbox — just on the outskirts of the village center, a short walk or bike ride from restaurants, cafés, and the sea.
Each villa hosts up to six guests and is designed for those who value privacy, comfort, and a sense of calm without being far from what the island has to offer. Here, nature, thoughtful design, and attentive service create a stay that feels effortless from the moment you arrive.

High above the garden, each villa opens to a spacious rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, an ocean-facing view, sunbeds, and an outdoor kitchen.
It’s the perfect place for long mornings, barefoot afternoons, or slow sunsets with drinks.

Each villa includes three generous bedrooms — all with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and warm natural materials.

A double-height living room opens the villa from floor to sky — bright, airy, and connected to the garden breeze.
The dining area seats six guests comfortably, ideal for long meals and relaxed mornings.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need, from a blender and coffee tools to basic cooking essentials — there if you want it, invisible if you don’t.
Breakfast is included daily and served quietly in the villa, following your selected time slot (08:00–09:00 / 09:00–10:00 / 10:00–11:00).
Daily housekeeping and laundry service (on request) make your stay seamless from the first morning to the last sunset.
Optional: fridge-stocking packages are available for a fixed price — ideal if you want to arrive to a chilled drink or a ready-filled fridge.
