Coco Lou offers two identical villas set within a quiet, privileged location on Isla Holbox — just on the outskirts of the village center, a short walk or bike ride from restaurants, cafés, and the sea.
Each villa hosts up to six guests and is designed for those who value privacy, comfort, and a sense of calm without being far from what the island has to offer. Here, nature, thoughtful design, and attentive service create a stay that feels effortless from the moment you arrive.

High above the garden, each villa opens to a spacious rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, an ocean-facing view, sunbeds, and an outdoor kitchen.
It’s the perfect place for long mornings, barefoot afternoons, or slow sunsets with drinks.
Whether you prefer quiet reading, shared meals, or a moment to float under the open sky — the rooftop gives you space to mellow down in your own way.

A double-height living room opens the villa from floor to sky — bright, airy, and connected to the garden breeze.
Dining Room & Kitchen
The dining area seats six guests comfortably, ideal for long meals and relaxed mornings.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need, from coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave to basic cooking essentials — there if you want it, invisible if you don’t.
Breakfast is included daily and quietly by our private chef in the villa, following your selected time slot.
Daily housekeeping and laundry service (on request) make your stay seamless from the first morning to the last sunset.
Optional: fridge-stocking packages are available for a fixed price — ideal if you want to arrive to a chilled drink or a ready-filled fridge.
Payment policy
Full payment is required prior to arrival. A secure payment link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by the selected rate plan. Please note that early departures are non-refundable.
Acknowledgement of Property Guidelines
Guests are asked to acknowledge and sign the House Guidelines before arrival.

Pets are not allowed on furniture. Owners must clean up after pets.
Pool
Maintenance staff may access the property when needed

Safes available in all bedrooms.
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
During storms, staff may remove terrace cushions.
Use pool, terrace, and BBQ at your own risk. No jumping into the pool, running on the terrace, unattended children, parties without approval, commercial shoots, pouring liquids/oil on BBQ, or moving heavy furniture.
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft.
For safety reasons, Coco Lou welcomes children from age seven.
The villas feature open staircases and an unprotected rooftop area, which require attentive supervision and are not suitable for younger children.
